Whether you are spending time on Sunday to meal prep for the week or about to make dinner, try a tray bake meal! It is simple, less time consuming, and has very little clean up afterwards.

There are so many combinations you can choose from which gives you variety and keeps it from becoming boring. Plus, it helps you get those veggies in :)

Pick your protein.

Choose one protein for your tray- chicken breast, fish, beans, etc. You can keep it as whole pieces or chop them up into bite size pieces. I often use ground turkey and make patties too.

Pick your veggies.

Choose between 2-3 veggies but feel free to add more. Go for a variety of color!

Pick your seasoning.

Choose whatever combinations of spices you like! Toss protein, veggies, and seasonings with a little bit of extra virgin olive oil to coat evenly. Place everything onto the tray, and bake in the oven until protein and veggies is cooked to your preference. with

Mrs. Dash is a staple in our house too!

Prep more than one portion for tomorrow's lunch or dinner.

Double or triple the amount and save for future meals. Divide into separate containers so you can just grab and go.

Remember to keep it simple!

Tray bake meals are simple and healthy for you and the family. Feel free to add other sides that do not go on a tray bake such as rice, quinoa, a side salad, or fruit. Enjoy!
